Both! Most teams that use Tether use it for design QA, bugs, and general QA internally as well as making it easy for their users to report product feedback.
What is a team member?
A Team Member is anyone that needs access to the Tether backend, usually PMs, devs, and designers. You do not need an account to submit feedback.
Who is Tether for?
Teams of all sizes use Tether, including SaaS companies, development agencies, QA agencies and more!
Does Tether work on mobile?
Yes! The Tether feedback button works across all devices and browsers.

A project is any website that you install Tether on.
How is Tether installed?
Tether is installed via a javascript code snippet. Add one line of code to your project's repository and access Tether on any page. Or you can use our Chrome extension if code isn't your thing.
How does the free trial work?
All free trials get started on our Pro plan, with full access to all of Tether's features for 14 days.
How are payments processed?
We use Stripe to process your payment. We do not handle your credit card information directly.
